MSU’s Facilities Management Mission is to provide a quality learning environment through effective facilities planning, service, maintenance, repair, and constructions. The Sustainability Tracking, Assessment and Rating System (STARSTM) is a transparent, self-reporting framework for colleges and universities to measure their sustainability performance.
MSU applies for a new rating every four years. Our most recent “Silver” rating was received during fiscal year 2015.
